Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles, including VP of Finance, Controller, Accounting Manager, and Senior Accountant, giving him a deep understanding of financial management at every level.

His expertise spans multiple industries, including real estate, wholesale, service-based businesses, entertainment, and agriculture. As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certified professional, Oscar combines technical knowledge with a hands-on approach to help businesses stay financially organized and make informed decisions.

As an entrepreneur himself, he understands that having accurate financial records is essential for business success. That’s why he founded HighPeak Bookkeeping—to help Canadian start-ups, small businesses, and medium-sized companies focus on growth while his team takes care of the numbers.
